The main purpose of this tender specifications is the acquisition of supply, installation, configuration services, as well as support and maintenance services for the update of the EduQA, I.P. Datacenter, which supports the RED (Digital Educational Resources), with the aim of ensuring a robust, efficient technological infrastructure capable of responding to the challenges of providing the education ecosystem and the REDs. Updating the Datacenter is essential to ensure the implementation of appropriate technical and organizational measures, minimizing risks of vulnerabilities, data breaches and ensuring the trust of citizens and educational entities. The modernization of the Datacenter will make the service more energy efficient, offering greater reliability and reducing operating costs in the medium and long term. 2. The upgrade will contribute to environmental sustainability, with minimal energy and financial efficiency of EduQA. An up-to-date technological infrastructure is essential to support the provision of RED to schools and students, as well as other innovative initiatives, digital transformation projects and the adoption of new technologies (such as artificial intelligence and advanced data analytics, among others), which are fun…
